Directions:

Start by pouring cold water into the bucket, then add 1 part EFF-X, diluting as needed up to a 1:12 ratio (refer to the dilution guide below). Dilution rates vary depending on stain severity and surface type. Before use, conduct a compatibility and strength test on a small area.

Prior to application, pre-clean the surface with a pressure washer and mist with water until damp. Apply the product using a pump sprayer, ensuring immediate foaming upon contact with the surface. Allow to sit for 20 seconds to 3 minutes, scrubbing as necessary. Avoid letting the product dry.

Afterwards, allow it to sit for an additional 1-15 minutes before pressure washing and flushing the surface. For stubborn stains, repeat the application process and adjust the dilution accordingly. One gallon of EFF-X covers approximately 200-400′ of porous masonry and up to 1,200’ of sealed/non-porous surfaces.

It is important to allow the surface to dry completely before assessing the final appearance and results. See below for suggested dilution ratios:

Thick Stains/Concrete Prep: 1:1 to 1:4
Medium Stains: 1:4 to 1:8
Light Stains: 1:8 to 1:12
Powdery Coverings: 1:12
