These belt drive, Honda powered machines are absolute tanks. Paired with a comet RW5535 pump, they will last for years and years with just regular maintenance. We have personally used these machines for house washing, fleet washing, surface cleaning and other exterior cleaning applications, every day for over 8 years without any issue. Some of these units may need belt adjustment every few years although that has not been our experience.
-The pull cord assembly tends to break about once a year, in that case just grab a new one and change it using three screws at around $25 each.
-Remember to follow maintenance guidelines for pump and machine oil changes, air filters, spark plugs, etc.
In our opinion, this unit is the absolute best bang for your buck in the industry, hands down. They are very easy to work on and extremely reliable.
You WILL need a buffer tank with at least 50 gallon capacity in most circumstances. If you’re unsure of how to set that up, reach out to us anytime for insight.

These units come with a 3 year motor warranty and a 2 year warranty on the comet pump. The 2 year pump warranty covers absolutely everything for the first year, and the second year is everything except the valves and seals (we just changed the valves and seals on one of these units for the first time at 5 years old).
If you are just getting started, looking to upgrade, or just need another extremely reliable unit, definitely consider this machine first!
