Do You Offer Free Shipping?
We offer free shipping on a majority of the products we sell including non-hazmat chemicals, most parts and accessories and more. Some larger items will carry a flat rate shipping fee due to their irregular or large size. Examples include hose reels, surface cleaners, hoses, and long wands.
Other bulkier items such as pressure washers and soft wash skids have to be shipped freight and will have a custom shipping price.
How Fast Will I Get My Order?
Any orders for in stock items placed before 1pm eastern time will be shipped out same day.
We use UPS for a majority of our shipping, and you should see your order arrive within 1-4 business days of the order being processed. This will vary by location, but generally holds true.

What is Hazmat Shipping? Why is There a Fee?
When shipping products classified as "dangerous goods" by DOT, we have to abide by strict labeling, packaging, and marking requirements. Hazmat products can include anything from batteries to radioactive waste. The majority of the Hazmat products we sell fall under class 8, corrosive materials. Examples of corrosive materials include bleach, sodium hydroxide, hydrofluoric acid, etc.
In order for us to be able to ship these items, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers require us to have a Hazardous goods contract in place. Additionally, UPS and FedEx both charge a hazmat fee for each package labeled as hazmat. This fee is between $50-$55 per package. We absorb half of that cost and only charge an additional $25 per package containing hazmat.
How Much Does Freight Shipping Cost?
Generally, freight costs will fall between $125 and $225.
When we need to ship an item(s) freight, we will get a custom freight quote put together for you. This price can vary depending on several factors including location, whether it is shipping to a commercial or residential location, whether you need a lift gate etc.
In order to keep freight prices as low as possible, we recommend having you order shipped to a commercial address with a loading dock, or having the items sent to your closest carrier terminal for pickup.
What If My Item Isn't in Stock?
We do stock a vast majority of our products at all times. Some items, like pressure washers, may have a lead time due to customizability or market demand. We try to keep product pages updated regularly with stock information, but we suggest you check for availability prior to purchase on skids and pressure washers.
Additionally, some items may not be in stock at our warehouse but can be shipped direct from the manufacturer, usually same day if before 1pm.
How Long are the Lead Times?
Lead times on pressure washers and skids can vary depending on parts availability and market demand. We do not have any control over the build/lead times of these units and can only relay exactly what the manufacturer tells us.
We have great relationships with these manufacturers and are in constant communication with them regarding lead times. We do our absolute best to get these products in your hands as quickly as possible, but lead times may change at any given time.
Do You Offer Warranties?
Triple Wide Restoration Products does not offer any additional warranties outside of the manufacturer's warranty.
Most of the pressure washers we offer for sale carry a 3-year engine warranty and 2-year pump warranty with the first year covering all of the seals also.
Do You Offer Any Training?
We do not offer direct training; however, we are always available during business hours (M-F 8-4 eastern) to answer any and all questions you may have.
Our staff has tons of experience in the exterior cleaning, fleet washing, auto detailing, machine maintenance, and chemical industries. If we sell a product, we have the answers you need in regard to them.

Can I Return My Order?
Yes, you can return items as long as they are in original condition and have the proper paperwork if applicable.
A 20% restocking fee is added to all returns.

How Do I Know your Chemicals Will Work?
We test these products extensively before offering them for sale. Our own contracting company uses these chemicals everyday too.
It is very important that all instructions are properly followed for the best results.
Due to the many variables that come with each individual project, some user discretion will be needed on ratios and product choice per substrate.
